Teams with a high level of diversity have a higher potential for innovation and greater team intelligence. Considering diversity dimensions in research and teaching brings new inspiration, new funding and better results. In this training programme, participants are taught the theoretical foundations of the complex topic of diversity, how to place a special focus on gender, and how these topics connect with everyday life and challenges faced at a technical university.
