Annual monitoring This is an instrument for observing gender-specific qualifications and selection processes with changing focal points, including: leaky pipeline, early-career researchers, internationality and appointment procedures. Tables, supplemented with graphic evaluations and interpretations enable a quick assessment of the representation of women in different status groups over a period of time and in comparison with the TU9 universities.
