Institutional Evaluation - Quality management with a participatory approach
With its institutional evaluation, TU Darmstadt has established a sophisticated instrument for quality development with which departments, central services, the University’s management and administration jointly create ongoing strategic developments within the scope of integrated quality management. Gender equality is a component in all four phases: Self-evaluation and self-reporting, assessment by an external evaluations commission, agreement on objectives between the President and the departments, implementation and monitoring.Name
