Welcome and thank you for sharing your educational offering with students of the Unite! network.

The purpose of this form is to gather the necessary information about your educational offering for inclusion in the Unite! catalogue. The Unite! catalogue appears under the student tab on the Unite! University website.

After completing and submitting this form, your course content and image will be reviewed, prepared, and readied for placement in the catalogue. If no revisions are required, your offering should be on the Unite! University website within seven days. The dissemination and further marketing of your offering is determined according to the nature of the offering.
