Description

The Communication Circuits and Systems Laboratory, part of the SINAPSI Research Group, allows for the design, manufacture, and testing of electronic circuits and systems in general, and communication systems in particular, including wired and wireless communications. It is equipped with high-performance tools, capable of analyzing both analog and digital systems, as well as radiofrequency systems up to 20 GHz.

The laboratory also has the necessary tools for the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with both surface-mount and through-hole technologies. These technologies enable the development and validation of prototypes in various fields, from communication circuits to more complex electronic applications.

In addition, the laboratory is capable of conducting advanced designs in radiofrequency systems, as well as in technologies like software-defined radio. This allows for exploring areas such as 5G communications and developing innovative electronic systems, with a focus also on emerging applications such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital health monitoring.
