Joint Mechanical Engineering Laboratory
Since its creation in 1993, the Joint Laboratory of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering (LCEM) has been a transversal service unit of the UPC, which belongs to the industrial sector of mechanization and to the complementary and auxiliary sectors of engineering, electricity, electronics and boiler manufacture. The laboratory mainly provides support and advice in these areas to the entire university community.
Since its inception, the LCEM has worked intensively on the design and manufacture of technological objects intended to support teaching and research, mainly at the UPC, but also for other cultural and scientific institutions of the European Union and worldwide.
