The IBuX-Lab, directed by Dr Marta Díaz Boladeras, holder of a PhD in Psychology, is designed for the controlled and nonintrusive observation of people using objects, to provide evidence-based knowledge that is useful to developers in the various phases of design, from conceptualization to testing.

IBuX-Lab is a laboratory for research on interaction. It is a facility of the CER Technical Research Centre for Dependency Care and Autonomous Living (CETpD), whose mission is to develop technological solutions to improve the quality of life and autonomy of people. IBuX-Lab contributes through the systematic study of behavior for the optimization of interaction, to meet the needs of users in a personalized way, whatever their abilities.
