Digital LAB
The Digital Lab is a space with digital manufacturing technologies. It is equipped with a set of machinery controlled through computers and CAM programs to produce virtual and physical objects through the use of additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, 3D printers, a laser cutter and CNC milling machine, a water jet cutter and cutting plotters for making models and prototypes in different materials.
The Digital Lab has a workspace format where creativity and inventiveness are empowered and developed, through the use of digital manufacturing tools and collaborative workspaces. It also incorporates a consultancy service for engineering projects, using advanced digital manufacturing technologies or product design and continuing education for professionals and entrepreneurs in this area.
