Description

The Laboratory offers: Processing and recycling of polymer plastics, including bioplastics. Making composites (with flour, fiber also synthetic) and polymer blends. Injection molding, extrusion, compression molding “Testing of plastics and their composites: -mechanical properties (bending, tensile, compressive strength, IZOD/Charpy impact strength) - DSC - SEM - wettability/surface energy (droplet method, strain gauge) - oxygen and water vapor permeability through films (barrier) - dynamic thermomechanical analysis - rheology - capillary rheometer - HDT/VICAT. Accelerated aging chamber (4 months - equivalent to 1 year). UL94 flammability test. In addition, we provide services in the field of: - expert opinions on changes in the properties of polymeric materials- detection of the causes of the above-mentioned changes - opinion and recommendation of material compositions
