Equipment

Acoustic holography, acoustic probe - set for localization of sound sources Laser vibrometer - set for non-contact measurement of vibrations Sonometer - modular sound level meter with tertian-octave filter Hydrotechnik - multi-channel set for measurement of mechanical and hydraulic quantities: pressure pulsation, capacity, torque, working pressure, measurements of hydraulic quantities Hydroprax - a set of didactic stations from hydraulic drives Micropower - a station for determining static characteristics of microelements Interrogator LUNA HYPERION si255 - Interrogator LUNA HYPERION si255 can be used for measurements of deformation of objects under conditions of high EMC interference, over long distances and inside composite structures. There is a large range of other fiber optic sensors for measuring other mechanical quantities (displacement, acceleration, pressure, etc.). We have a welding machine for fiber optics, which reduces the preparation time of the measurement track. Hydrotechnik Mutisystem - diagnostic measurements in hydraulic systems, a total of 20 channels. Pressure sensors from -1 to 1000 bar; flow meters 3 pcs, max 80 l/min; temperature sensors total 4 pcs.

Description

The Department offers: Destructive pressure testing and testing of hydraulic components, pressure vessels, including composite tanks. Pressure range up to 4000 bar. Strain measurement by strain gauge and fiber optics. Analysis and synthesis of structures of hydraulic and micro-hydraulic systems, computer simulation of existing and designed hydraulic and electro-hydraulic drive and control systems, generation of new solutions in using, among others, morphological analysis Design of multi-source energy-saving machine drive systems. Analysis of the validity and determination of potential savings resulting from the use of a multi-source propulsion system in place of a classic one, in particular, this applies to single-source and multi-source (hybrid) systems with the internal combustion engine as the primary energy source, together with the control of these systems. Vibroacoustic diagnosis of machinery and equipment, including but not limited to: 1) localization of sources of sound-generating vibrations, 2) measurement of sound power in a reverberation chamber, 3) use of vibroacoustic signals for diagnostic purposes, 4) development of passive and active methods of reducing vibrations and noise in machinery and equipment, 5 ) monitoring of the environment and acoustic climate Measurement of the speed of sound propagation in the fluid in hydraulic lines and the elastic modulus of the fluid (measurement based on ISO 15086-2). Modeling of flows: turbulent, free surface. Modeling of combustion processes, heat flows, phase change and radiation. Providing substantive advice and consulting on solutions for the design and development of logistics and transportation systems. Preparation of strategic assumptions for newly created investments in logistics and transportation systems. Risk assessment in the implementation of projects in the field of logistics, transportation, storage. Logistics audit. Analysis and evaluation of existing procedures and system solutions for material flows within the company and in cooperation with suppliers and customers. Risk analysis taking into account internal and external factors for the supply chain. Audit concluded with a report focused on identifying critical areas and recommendations for improvement of current processes and systems. Study and measurement of passenger (collective, individual) and freight (rail, air, car, water) transportation processes, computer simulation modeling of random transportation processes, evaluation of existing and designed processes, optimization of passenger and freight transportation processes.
