The Department offers: Expert reports and technical opinions in the identification of degradation processes of construction objects and materials, development of repair processes and selection of repair methods in construction objects, including historic buildings. Comprehensive evaluation and testing of surface layers and finish coatings in construction objects. Modeling and testing of properties of construction elements and materials using computer methods and artificial intelligence. Multi-scale testing and analysis of properties of construction materials, including recycled and waste materials. Assessment of the technical condition of construction objects and elements using various testing methods, including non-destructive. Inspection of construction sites using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), in terms of spatial inventories, estimating the volume of earth masses or detecting inconsistencies in the implementation of objects. Training in project management. Training in issues related to the evaluation and selection of waste materials and new technologies for use in the construction industry,
