The real open-lab status of Lab Bugworkers and its role as support lab for the incubation of projects and start-ups enabled the establishment of fruitful links with industry and society to achieve technology transfer, deliver services and technical training in Microbiology & Biotechnology (M&B) and contribute to real-problem solving.
Lab Bugworkers is mainly focused on the exploitation of the know-how and expertise of its associated researchers to develop transversal integrated approaches of several key areas of M&B, aiming to achieve solutions to several societal challenges and needs.
