Corporate Relations and Valorisation of Research Division

The Division acts as an engine for activating opportunities for collaboration with companies, stimulating and directing the demand of companies and organisations, promoting knowledge sharing between different scientific-technological fields and attracting funding for innovation. It facilitates relations with external stakeholders and the industrial fabric in order to enhance the University's competences, by promoting a proactive approach to collaboration opportunities at a local level, also with a multidisciplinary view. It supports the creation of structured and ongoing relations with companies (partnership agreements, shared infrastructures, PhD programmes funding). Staff in this Division are responsible for defining strategies for the protection of research results and their subsequent valorisation through entrepreneurial initiatives (spin-offs) or commercial exploitation in collaboration with companies.
