Unite! Widening Training @ULisboa - Internationalise Your Work

This 3-day in-person training is tailored for administrative and support staff aiming to strengthen their role in internationalisation and innovation processes. It is structured around a central question: how can you effectively build and sustain international collaborations that generate impact ?

What you’ll gain
  • A comprehensive understanding of the importance of internationalisation in higher education
  • Insight into challenges and opportunities in international innovation collaboration
  • Practical knowledge of intellectual property (IPR) in cross-border contexts
  • Strategies for working with diverse institutional and cultural partners
  • Perspectives from international directors and innovation professionals
  • Tools to valorise international experience and foster institutional growth

Participants will benefit from peer exchange, networking activities, including a social dinner, and guided visits to ISA Living Labs. The programme will be enriched by contributions from international Unite! partners and experienced non-academic stakeholders, along with high-level institutional leaders already present in Lisbon.

Format : 3-day in-person training, combining presentations, interactive workshops, a study visit, and networking moments.

Who should apply ? 

Administrative and support staff interested on strengthening skills for international collaboration, supporting innovation processes and navigating challenges in global academic environments.

  • Number of available slots for Wrocław Tech participants: 6
  • Number of available slots for each other  Unite! universities : 7 (1 per non-Widening Unite! university)
  • Number of available slots for other Widening university : 4

Participation & costs:
  • Participation is free of charge. Travel and accommodation are covered for participants from WrocławTech, following Unite! Widening rules and will be confirmed to selected participants. For other participants, travels costs can be covered via other schemes such as Erasmus+.

Application procedure : 

  • Deadline for applications will be May 31st.
  • All applicants will receive information about the status of their application by June 3rd.
