ULISSES Project 6th Edition
ULISSES - University of Lisbon Interdisciplinary Studies on Sustainable Environment and Seas is a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge about the oceans and sustainability.
Who is it for?
Students interested in joining an international and multidisciplinary team, with colleagues from various Portuguese and foreign universities. Over several weeks, you will work on innovative solutions to the challenges of ocean sustainability.

• It is free and worth 6 ECTS credits.
• Three universities are involved: the University of Lisbon, the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and the Technische Universität Darmstadt.
2026 Calendar
• Applications from November 15th to December 15th, 2025
• Preparatory phase from January 26th to April 4th (e-learning, compatible with the classes)
• Team Project from July 6th to 24th (in Lisbon)
• Final presentation: July 24th (in Lisbon)
Students from the EU and other Erasmus+ partner countries can apply for grants at their home institution to support mobility expenses.
