  doctoral education to apply for this 3-day in-person training dedicated t
 o strengthening the international profile and attractiveness of Doctoral S
 chools\, through a combination of expert input\, peer learning\, and inter
 active workshops. To actively contribute to the workshop sessions\, partic
 ipants are expected to be familiar with their institution's internationali
 sation strategy for doctoral education\, including its current strengths\,
  challenges\, and strategic objectives\, as these will form the basis for 
 group discussions and the development of institutional action plans. By th
 e end of the programme\, participants will have: · gained a solid underst
 anding of the European framework for international doctoral education\; ·
  explored practical strategies to increase the internationalisation and at
 tractiveness of doctoral programmes\; · learned from successful internati
 onal models and strategic partnerships\; · strengthened collaboration wit
 h colleagues. Format : 3-day in-person training (lunch-to-lunch)\, interac
 tive sessions\, workshops\, peer work\, networking moments. Who should app
