  Attractiveness</a>\nWe invite academic and administrative staff involved 
 in doctoral education to apply for this 3-day in-person training dedicated
  to strengthening the international profile and attractiveness of Doctoral
  Schools\, through a combination of expert input\, peer learning\, and int
 eractive workshops. To actively contribute to the workshop sessions\, part
 icipants are expected to be familiar with their institution's internationa
 lisation strategy for doctoral education\, including its current strengths
 \, challenges\, and strategic objectives\, as these will form the basis fo
 r group discussions and the development of institutional action plans. By 
 the end of the programme\, participants will have: · gained a solid under
 standing of the European framework for international doctoral education\; 
 · explored practical strategies to increase the internationalisation and 
 attractiveness of doctoral programmes\; · learned from successful interna
 tional models and strategic partnerships\; · strengthened collaboration w
 ith colleagues. Format : 3-day in-person training (lunch-to-lunch)\, inter
 active sessions\, workshops\, peer work\, networking moments. Who should a
